This item is a 3.2V 280Ah item, the QR code is intact, Grade A+, Brand new.
The price includes Bus bars and Bolts. One battery comes with one set of bus bar and bolts (e.g., if you buy 4pcs batteries, we will send 4pcs cells with 4pcs busbars and 8pcs bolts).
The busbar size is 90*20*2mm (copper plated with nickel) and the screw size is M6.
All battery voltage, internal resistance, and capacity are fully tested before delivery.

What preparation is required before assembling DIY battery packs?

DIY battery pack cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Please note that wrong assembly or lack of assembly knowledge is not eligible for refund. Professionals inspect the voltage, resistance, and appearance before shipment. You can test the cells within 15 days of arrival. Only unused batteries (electrode intact, no welding, no wear, good appearance) are eligible for return, and buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

What should I do if the shipment is missing or damaged?

Please contact us immediately with pictures or videos to check the issue. In cases of cargo loss or severe damage where the battery cannot be used or poses a safety risk, we will coordinate to resend, replace, or refund the product cost. If cells are returned, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Do you test each battery prior to shipping?

Yes, every battery is tested. The capacity test has less than a 2% margin of error and meets or exceeds the nominal capacity. The voltage deviation is less than 0.01V, and the internal resistance deviation is less than 0.05mΩ.

Are the batteries shipped with busbars and bolts?

Yes, the cells come with matching busbars and bolts or studs for free. Each single battery is supplied with 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs.

Under what conditions are returns or refunds not provided?

We do not accept returns or refunds if problems occur during or after the assembly process, such as a protection board connected to the wrong wire leading to battery damage, charger failure, incorrect assembly, or unbalanced assembly. Similarly, damage such as battery bulges, welded terminals, or packs run without protection BMS causing charging issues are not covered.

How can I place an online order?

We accept trade assurance orders online. For Ready to Ship (RTS) products with clear shipping costs to your country, you can order and pay directly. Alternatively, you can provide your shipping details to generate an online order. Note that these are prototype batteries without protection boards, and a matching BMS must be purchased separately.
