Frequently Asked Questions
1. Must DIY battery packs be balanced before assembly?
Yes. DIY battery packs must get the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Once assembled, return or refund requests due to incorrect assembly or wrong configuration will not be accepted.
2. What should I do if my shipment is missing or damaged?
Please contact us first, and send pictures or videos. In case of lost cargo or severe battery damage that prevents use, we will communicate with you regarding a replacement, resend, or refund of the product cost.
3. Are batteries tested prior to shipping?
Yes. Every single battery is tested prior to shipping. We ensure a capacity test with less than a 2% margin of error (exceeding nominal capacity), voltage deviation under 0.01V, and resistance deviation under 0.05mΩ.
4. Do the batteries come with busbars and bolts?
Yes, the cells come with free busbars and bolts/studs. Each battery includes 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs. If you need special dimensions, please contact us online.
5. What situations do not qualify for returns or refunds?
Returns/refunds are not provided for issues arising from incorrect DIY assembly, such as connecting a protection board to the wrong wire, charger failures, unbalanced assembly, or lack of BMS protection causing the battery to bulge or melt.
6. How can I place an order?
For RTS (Ready to Ship) products with clear shipping costs, you can place the order and pay directly online. Alternatively, you can provide your shipping information to our sales team, and they will create an online order for you.
