The YZ Series PCS & Step-Up Integrated Cabin integrates power conversion system and step-up transformer, with three power models: YZ1250-ZC, YZ2500-ZC, YZ3000-ZC, delivered as an all-in-one container unit.
The container is pre-assembled with PCS modules, step-up transformer, power distribution, cooling and monitoring communication systems, fully tested before delivery. On-site installation only requires connection with battery clusters and 10~35kV medium voltage grid, saving land space and construction time. Compatible with 1000~1500V high-voltage battery systems, it supports bidirectional power conversion for grid-tied and off-grid operation.
Ultra-high System Reliability: Adopts independent modular PCS layout. Individual module failure only affects its own branch without full-system shutdown, reaching 98.6% system availability and minimizing power station downtime losses.
Effective Battery Lifespan Protection: Multi-channel isolated DC input avoids direct parallel connection of battery clusters, completely eliminating circulating current risks, reducing cell heat generation and extending the service life of lithium battery packs.
Greatly Reduced On-site Construction Costs: PCS and step-up transformer are fully pre-integrated in a standard container cabin. No separate transformer room or power distribution building is required, cutting over 60% of field wiring, civil work and commissioning workload.
