What are the initial assembly requirements for DIY battery packs?
DIY battery packs must get the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Later, if issues occur due to incorrect or wrong assembly, returns/refunds are not accepted. Professionals detect voltage, resistance, and appearance before shipment to ensure that every single battery is good. You can test the cells within 15 days upon arrival.
What is the policy regarding shipping loss or damage?
Please contact us first and send pictures or video for verification. In case of lost cargo or if the battery is damaged and cannot be used (or poses a greater risk of use), we will communicate to resend, replace, or refund the product cost. If returning cells, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Do you test each battery prior to shipping?
Yes, every battery undergoes capacity, voltage, and resistance testing.
• Capacity Test: Less than 2% margin of error, and over the nominal capacity.
• Voltage: Deviation less than 0.01V.
• Resistance: Deviation less than 0.05mΩ.
Are the batteries shipped with busbars and bolts?
Yes, the cells come with busbars and bolts or studs for free. Each individual battery will include 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs.
Which situations are excluded from returns and refunds?
Returns and refunds are not provided in the following cases:
1. Damage caused during or after the assembly process (e.g., protection board connected to the wrong wire leading to battery damage, charger failure, assembly errors, or unbalanced assembly).
2. Bulging or welded batteries, or damage caused by charging a battery pack without a protective BMS.
How can I place an order?
We accept trade assurance orders online. For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, if there is a clear shipping cost or free shipping to your country, you can place the order and pay directly. Alternatively, you can provide your shipping information to our sales team to create an online order for you.
